Low-Voltage Landscape Lighting in Westchester County
Custom-designed LED lighting for paths, patios, trees and architecture, installed, serviced and upgraded by our team.
Lighting designed for your property
Good landscape lighting is about restraint: the right fixtures, in the right places, at the right brightness. We design each system around how you use your property after dark: safe paths and steps, an inviting entry, a patio for evenings outdoors, and accent lighting on trees and architecture that makes the home look its best from the street.
Professional lighting brands we install
We design and install systems from manufacturers that specialize in professional landscape lighting, including FX Luminaire by Hunter Industries, with its Luxor smart control platform for zoning, dimming and color from your phone, and VOLT Lighting, along with other trusted brands. Choosing contractor-grade fixtures means brass and copper finishes that weather well, LEDs rated for years of use, and parts we can service and expand as your property changes.
Lighting that respects local wildlife
Some Westchester communities follow local environmental guidelines designed to protect wildlife from excess light at night. In those areas, we design with low, downward-facing path lighting only, keeping light on walkways and out of the trees and sky. On our Irvington project, that meant a path-lighting design that kept the property safe and welcoming after dark while respecting the surrounding habitat.
Smart, efficient and serviceable
Our low-voltage LED systems run efficiently and can be controlled by timer, photocell or smart app. Because we install irrigation too, we plan wiring and fixtures so the two systems work together. And when a fixture needs attention, we handle troubleshooting, service, maintenance and upgrades.

Common Questions
Is low-voltage lighting safe?
Yes. Low-voltage systems run at a fraction of household voltage, which makes them safer around people, pets and planting beds.
Can you upgrade my existing lighting to LED?
In most cases, yes. We evaluate your transformer, wiring and fixtures and recommend what to keep and what to replace.
Can I control the lights from my phone?
Yes. Smart transformers and controllers let you set schedules and zones from an app.
