Lawn Sprinkler System Installation in Westchester County, NY
Custom-designed lawn sprinkler systems, zoned to your property and built with professional Hunter and Rain Bird equipment.
Designed around your property, not a template
Every Westchester property is different in lot size, slope, sun and shade, soil, and where the water needs to go. Before we lay out a single zone, we walk the site and map how each part of the lawn and garden behaves. That lets us match the right heads, nozzles and run times to every zone, so lawn, beds and shrubs each get what they need without overspray onto walkways, driveways or the house.
Environmentally conscious by design
Every system begins with precise irrigation mapping: each zone, each head and the exact area it covers. That map lets us match water to what each part of the landscape actually needs and keep it off driveways, walkways and the house. The result is a system you can be confident in, where the water goes exactly where it is needed and nowhere it isn't. Paired with a smart controller, that means healthier plants, less runoff and lower water use season after season.
Built to last and easy to live with
We install professional-grade components, work carefully to minimize disruption to your lawn, and finish with a WiFi controller so you can adjust watering from your phone. When the job is done, we walk you through the system and get you on the calendar for seasonal service.
Common Questions
How long does a sprinkler installation take?
Most residential installations are completed in one to a few days, depending on property size and the number of zones. Your proposal includes a clear timeline.
Will installation damage my lawn?
We hand-dig our trenches. The sod is carefully cut out and set aside to preserve the health of the lawn, then set back in place once the lines are installed, keeping disturbance to a minimum. In most cases the trench lines fade within a few weeks. The same care extends to your planting beds: whether we are installing or repairing, we trench through beds carefully by hand to protect the roots and health of your perennial and annual gardens.
What does a new sprinkler system cost?
Cost depends on property size, number of zones, water source and equipment. After a site visit we provide a detailed written proposal with no surprises.
